Some More Good News

Today brought with it some very welcome  news. I received email that three of my images have been selected to appear in a juried exhibition of wildlife photography staring on July 11th. The exhibit, "In the Wild" is being held near Burlington, Vermont at the Vermont Photo Space Gallery. As this will be my first formal exhibit, I am on cloud nine. I am especially glad that my photography will help to raise awareness of the plight of wildlife around the world.

The images that were chosen are:

The Lion King
Chobe National Park, Botswana

Fussy Falcon
An Endangered Saker Falcon

Eyes Of The World
An Immature Screech Owl

For those interested in purchasing the actual exhibited copies of these  photographs, you can contact the Vermont Photo Space Gallery by email or by phone ((802) 777-3686)

Thanks for your help!

I want to offer a huge THANK YOU to  all those who voted for my images in the Wiley Publishers contest over the past two weeks. The pubic voting is now closed, and I am pleased to announce that ALL eight of my entries made the final cut. My eight images are now among 187 others that will go before a panel of judges. The results should be announced close to June 15th. Once I have received word, I will post it here.

Thanks again. I am now headed to the coast of South Carolina for the next two weeks. I'll try to post  some images from there as my "busy" vacation schedule will allow!
